Before Scheduling
- The document or form requiring notarization must be filled out
- The signer(s) must be present at the time of the appointment
- The signer(s) must provide an original valid photo I.D.
- The signer(s) must be of sound mind, alert, and not under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
- The signer(s) must want to sign the document being notarized
- A translator should be available for non-English speaking clients
Documents
We notarize various documents including real estate documents, divorce documents, power of attorney, wills, trust documents, advanced medical directives, bill of sale, verification of residency, school forms, business forms, contracts, and more.

Notary Publics may refuse notarization if:
- The signer is not physically present at the time of appointment
- The document is incomplete
- The signer cannot produce acceptable identification
- The signer appears to be drunk, sedated, or disoriented
- The notary suspects that the transaction is illegal, false, or deceptive
- The notary believes that the signer is being coerced or does not understand the consequences of signing the document
- The signer does not speak English and there is no one available to translate
